Salary Range: $29.71 hourly
The PCU staff nurse is responsible for the care of adult and geriatric patients including management of multiple medical diagnoses and performing post-surgical care.
Performs nursing skills within scope of practice for their RN or LPN licensure including patient assessments, communication and documentation of patient findings, and participation in multi-disciplinary team to fulfill the patient’s plan of care.
Inserts and maintain peripheral IVs. Manages care of PICC lines, Implantable ports, and central lines.
Performs wound assessments and treatments.
Provides compassionate end of life care.
